I’m a shooting assistant producer making documentaries for television. With a combination of strong camera and communication skills, I’m able to capture personal, meaningful moments with sensitivity and visual richness.
I studied Philosophy at University of Sheffield, juggling my degree with making films. After a few years of freelance work – most notably with Sheffield’s Warp Films – I decided to shift my focus fully to documentary filmmaking. I went on to complete a documentary Masters course at Goldsmiths University and my first job in broadcast documentary followed.
Making documentaries we ask people to be honest – as a filmmaker, I want to be honest too. This is my story
